WHEN ORDERING - PLEASE NOTE YOUR AIRCRAFT TYPE , "N" NUMBER OR SERIAL NUMBER IN THE "NOTES" SECTION

Note: When Ordering the Kit - indicate which Bolt/Nut Combination your aircraft has.  The early PA28/32 Aircraft, up to late 1980's to early 1900's, had AN176-12A, 13A and 14A Bolts and MS21045-6 Nuts.  Piper then decided to change the Bolts to NAS6606-11, 13 and 15 and MS21042-6 Nuts. The "New" Bolts are the same diameter - just a little bit shorter.  You can tell which Set you have by looking from above the Main Spar - the "Old" Bolts have a Flush Head - the "New" Bolts have a Concave Head or from under the Wing/Fuselege - the "Old" Nuts require a 9/16" Wrench/Socket - the "New" Nuts a 7/16" Wrench/Socket.  When ordering - indicate which Set you require in the"Notes" Section.

The Kit contains (18) Bolts/Washers/Nuts required to change ONE WING Hardware on Main Spar Wing Attach Fittings (Single Side):

3 - AN176-12A (NAS6606-11) Bolt, Machine - Close Tolerance - 3/8-24;

14 - AN176-13A (NAS6606-13) Bolt, Machine - Close Tolerance - 3/8-24;

1 - AN176-14A (NAS6606-15) Bolt, Machine - Close Tolerance - 3/8-24;

16 - 96352-003 (494-284) Washer, Flat - 3/8" ID - Rounded Flat;

34 - AN960-616 Washer, Flat - 3/8" ID;

18 - MS21045-6 (MS21042-6) Nut, All Metal - 3/8"24;

1 - 6430-357 Brush, Pistol Barrel - Bronze - .357 OD;

1 Copy of AirWard's "Helpfull Hints";

1 Copy of Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2020-26-16;

1 Copy of Piper MSB1345A Wing Spar Attach Fitting Inspection Service Bulletin;

Kit fits all Piper PA28/32 Aircraft, EXCEPT: ; PA28-151/161/181 (Warrior); PA28R201(ArrowIV); PA28-236 (Dakota) and PA32-300 S/N 32-7900001 & UP; PA32R-300 S/N 32R-7680001 & UP (Lance); and ALL PA32-301 and 301R (Saratoga).
