SONEX has developed a procedure for the ONEX to remove the excessive side movement of the Pitch Trim Idler Arm by replacing the 3/8" Spacers with 5/16" Spacers.

AirWard has developed a Kit to provide the necessary parts to accomplish this upgrade.

The Kit consists of the following:

2 each Phenolic Blocks 1 3/4" x 1" x 3/16";

2 each Phenolic Blocks 1 3/4" x 1" x 1/8";

1 each Aluminum Angle 6 7/8" x 1" x 1" x 1/8" Thick;

5 each AN960-10 Flat Washers - 3/16" ID;

5 each AN960-10L Thin Flat Washers - 3/16" ID;

7 each SSD42SSBS "Pull" Rivets;

1 each MS24664-132 Cotter Pin.
